How does the course work?
When you're sure you want to join the course and have paid below to hold your spot, you'll be sent an online in depth Pre-screening to ensure that it is safe for you to join the course and that it is right for you. Also to get a better idea of your individual needs.
You'll then be contacted by your coach to discuss the Pre-Screening and if you are local to Milton Keynes we will arrange a time to suit you both to have a 1 to 1 and go through a few simple tests for your Core Function so that we know where you are on your health journey and so that the Course can truly be tailored to your needs before we begin the group sessions.
You'll then be all set, you'll receive your fitness kit which is required for your home work and your course booklet to help record how you progress over the duration of the course.
You'll also receive your login details for the Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view your the entire course.
The course and exercises are progressed and so over the duration of the course, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.
Each week we focus on a different part of the puzzle to help you fully heal and restore. So as well as your homework there will also be additional videos each week to help you understand the WHY behind the program. With interviews from trusted, knowledgeable pratctitoners like midwives, soft tissue therapists and mindfulness coaches. As well as recipes to help with the healing process.
Both following the course and the Nutrition Guidelines are an essential part of the puzzle and when followed will truly improve your results and the value you derive from the course.

When and where?
The course is online so can be done at an time in the comfort of you own home.
If you live close enough you will still get the option to come in to the studio for your hands on assessment.
If you live further a field we can do the assessment over skype or facetime.
You get access to the online portal and and 24/7 access to myself if you should have any questions.

What happens once you book?
Upon receipt of your payment you will be sent our online in depth pre-screening form which must be completed prior to commencing the course. We will then contact you to arrange your 1-2-1 Screening. Your 'keep forever exercise kit' - which includes pilates ball, exercise band, mini-band, and massage ball will then be sent out to you by post. As well as your course booklet. PLUS Eternal Access to the online Follow-Along Homework Exercises portal and PDF Downloadable Recipe cards. You may also like to take advantage of the COMPLIMENTARY Facebook Support Group for the class where current attendees have community and communicate with each other and Laura and get help with any queries in between the classes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long after having a baby can I start the course?
If you have had a vaginal delivery with no complications its 6 weeks after delivery.
If you have had a C-section its 12 weeks after delivery.
How do i know if I have a Diastasis?
At your 1-2-1 I will check for a Diastasis and can let you know how large it is.
